Services We Provide
Every engagement must be customized
to the client and the circumstances, but in general
these are the services we provide.
Overpayment
Review
We look for overpayments made to your vendors.
This could be double payments, overpayments of freight,
neglecting to take offered discounts, wrong tax rate
charged, incorrect pricing, incorrect calculations on
the invoice, etc. If we detect any overpayments, we will
prepare a report for your review. On your approval and
not before, we will then collect any overpayments you
are due.
Savings Review
We will review your current expenditures looking for
ways to achieve ongoing savings. After our review, we
will prepare a report detailing our findings and listing
our recommendations. It will be your decision which, if
any, of our recommendations you will implement. It's
entirely up to you.
Operations Review
We will review your operations in general looking
for ways to enhance revenues within our scope of
expertise. We will prepare a report of our findings
listing our recommendations. Again, it will be entirely
up to you which of our recommendations you decide to
implement.
